GENTLE YOGA: Never been to yoga? New to fitness? Suffer from arthritis or any sports-related injury? Come and learn the basics of yoga! For all levels of fitness and flexibility, beginners and first time students welcome! A nurturing class focusing on adapting yoga postures to individual needs, making yoga accessible to everyone regardless of age or physical condition. Perfect for seniors, beginning students and those seeking a less vigorous practice. Each class is structured to include a total body yoga workout, an emphasis on complete breathing, a guided meditation and a relaxing cool down.
VINYASA: Vinyasa classes are taught in a non-competitive environment, with teachers offering variations for all levels of students, allowing students to work at their own pace. Multi-level and open to all students, but not recommended for first-time students. Some basic knowledge of yoga poses and alignment strongly recommended. Introduction to inversions, more challenging back bends and arm balances. Every NJ Yoga Zone class is structured to include a physical yoga workout, an emphasis on complete breathing and a relaxing cool down. The specifics of each class are tailored to address the individual needs and experience of the students.
HOT VINYASA: Hot Yoga class consist of slow flows with a few longer holds. The room is heated to about 85 degrees. Teachers offer variations for all levels of students, allowing students to work at their own pace. Multi-level and open to all students, but not recommended for those who do not enjoy heat! The specifics of each class are tailored to address the individual needs and experience of the students.
VINYASA + (Power Yoga): A challenge! Explore and push yourself to the your edge. A vigorous, athletic class emphasizing cardiovascular fitness and core strength. Prepare to sweat. Excellent for gym buffs who want to compliment their workouts or for anyone ready to take their yoga practice to the next level. Not recommended for first time students to yoga. Basic knowledge of yoga poses and alignment strongly recommended.
REFORMER PILATES: GROUP REFORMER PILATES: Lengthen and tone in small group (max 4) using Reformer machines and Spring Wall. Private sessions available.
JUMPBOARD: An unbelievable cardio experience using jumpboards on the reformer. Improve endurance as you tone – Absolutely amazing!
BIKRAM : Bikram Yoga is a series of 24 hatha yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises. These 26 postures treat every muscle, nerve and cell in the body. The postures are performed in the same order each class with increasing precision (to each students ability). The 90 minute class is taught in a heated room in order to enhance the stretching, balancing, and strengthening of the body's circulatory, digestive, endocrine, nervous, and immune systems. The heat assists in cleansing the body of toxins, regenerating the cells, and loosening the muscles, tendons, and ligaments to safely stretch.An experience! The room is heated to 85-95 degrees to insure a total body cleansing. No prior yoga experience necessary. Please come hydrated and ready to sweat!
VINYASA & ROLLING: Use a foam roller to help develop balance, postural alignment and flexibility. Get a great massage on the roller and then enjoy 45 minutes of yoga! What a treat!

FROM MARGATE BRIDGE: Take the Margate Bridge to Jerome Ave. Make left on Ventnor Avenue. NJ Yoga Zone is about 1/2 mile on left, across from Downbeach Deli and next to Hot Bagels. We are located on the corner of Essex and Ventnor Ave.
FROM OCEAN CITY: Take bridge to Longport. Travel on Ventnor Ave through Longport and into Margate. Pass Jerome Ave and shopping area. NJ Yoga Zone is on the left, corner of Essex and Ventnor, across from Downbeach Deli and bank, next to Hot Bagels.
